At CrossFit ENG we understand the importance of developing healthy habits early in Life.
Our Cub Club kids class builds on a foundation of FUN. This class is geared toward kids ages 6-11 based upon skill level. The goal of the Cub Club program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports, learn to interact with others in a positive way, and to exceed in life. Life skills include learning to problem solve, work individually and as a member of a group, patience, respect and of course – Have FUN! Cub Club meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 pm.
The Mighty Lions
CrossFit Teens, class consists of members ages 12-16. These classes are focused around PERFORMANCE. Teens are taught how to be explosive and powerful while maintaining safety by developing healthy habits and functional movements. This translates over to High School, Club and College sports. We constantly vary our workouts which prevents overuse injuries often seen in year round training. Our Teens are taught respect for others, dedication to training and education and motivation to always give their best effort. Mighty Lions meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 pm.
