Our CrossFit group classes are comprised of a community of like minded members that will help keep you on track and motivated!

Our CrossFit group classes are supportive, motivational, and of course - fun! Every class is led by a CrossFit trained coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD).

CrossFit group classes offer you the ability to walk in and workout without having to think about what workout or body part your should work on. We handle that for you! Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals. It’s like personal training in a group session.

Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify every movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed!

What makes CrossFit ENG different is we understand that you need more than just a workout. We include basic recovery services and basic nutrition into the cost of your membership.  We know CrossFit can be complicated and intense. We ensure you start on the right foot so that you will see the results you are looking for.

We truly want to be a good fit. We never pressure anyone to join, and if you want to cancel, we understand and will never hold you to a 30 day cancellation policy or a contract.
