Group Classes


Our CrossFit group classes are supportive, motivational, and of course - fun! Every class is led by a CrossFit trained coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD).

One of the unique things about how we do CrossFit is that we have an additional coach for each class.  This is to ensure you have someone there to help you when you need it.  The most important part of CrossFit is to maintain proper form.  Having 2 coaches per group class ensures you have someone available when you need their help.

CrossFit group classes offer you the ability to walk in and workout without having to think about what workout or body part you should work on. We handle that for you! 

Each day is different, focusing on helping you to get stronger. It’s like personal training in a group session.

Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify or adjust every movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. Every movement we do has an alternative for those that haven’t reached that level of fitness, yet.

Everyone gets an awesome workout, regardless of strength or skill level.
