PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training at CrossFit ENG is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. We will custom tailor a program specific to your individual needs and goals.
Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, want to achieve a higher level of fitness, or are just not ready for group classes, we are here for you.
One of our coaches will meet with you to assess your current fitness level and goals, and will create a plan to help you achieve success.
